Make it an experience

That feeling when you look in a corner of your room and you remember “ohh yeah that was a fun or good moment”… do you know that experience?

The more time that passes onboard it becomes clear that you cannot treat a sailboat as a normal brick home. It has to move; the engine’s beat or the push of the sail. Sailing is ancient magic and mystery…small and simple, yet amazing moments await.

The point of this post is to remember to create an experience of something common. I decided to motor the home outside the marina. Drop the hook and have my dinner (MIchelin group are you listening?) outside of the marina while the sun was setting. I even made a little video about it 🙂
