  • RAN Sailing

A fellow scandinavian and breaking the All American tone. Another couple (again) from Sweden who again takes the honest approach to their challenges and lifestyle. Definitely on top of my list. Using drones and good camera work you are in for a charming swedish curly head and a hardcore sailor.

  • Sail Life

This guy is off the charts! My DIY guru for boat living. This guy is working on restoring boat number 2 and is honest and creative in his approach. It doesn’t stop here; the video production value is high, using creative techniques in cutting and making more do his work (You’ll get the point when you see his videos). Oh! and get this… He is Danish as well

Did i forget?

Where you expecting La Vagabond and SV Delos? To be honest i have been fan of them, but they lost me, or I lost them with the content appeal. No bad words about any of them, but let’s flip the view for a moment. You can quickly start seeing YouTube as TV channel and following more and more YouTube channels. I’ve found that you can quickly fall into the trap of “having” to see them like we used to do with TV Series. I had to make a concious choice to have a deep look into what are these channels giving for me?  So; these channels have been handpicked over time because they give me inspiration, know how, great storytelling and after thought.

Bonus

  • Exploring Alternatives

A great channel that expores different ways of living. Being everything from tiny house, converted containers to Van life.

  • Into the mystery – Van life

Liveaboard life on land is without a doubt Van life. People who buy everything from the old VW Bus (you know the one) to big American Vans to big Winnabagos, these people are the sailors of the land. This guy I follow for openness on his lifestyle; how he makes money, how he rebuilds his van, where he goes and what his thoughts are.
